This website has no account, contact form or checkout. If you email Kaptola, your address and message are used to answer you. If you contact Kaptola or order on Etsy, the information you provide there is handled under the Etsy shop privacy policy and Etsy’s own processes.

Purposes and legal bases
Technical requests are processed to deliver and protect this site, based on our legitimate interests in running a secure website. Email enquiries are processed to answer you, based on those legitimate interests or, when you ask about an order, steps you request before a contract. We use cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page use and performance based on our legitimate interest in improving this site.
Web Analytics
Cloudflare Pages adds the Cloudflare Web Analytics performance beacon on this site. Cloudflare says it uses no cookies or browser storage to collect usage metrics and does not fingerprint individuals using IP addresses, User-Agent strings or similar data. The owner sees aggregated website metrics. This site does not use Zaraz or measure individual Etsy-link clicks.
Recipients and transfers
Cloudflare handles site requests and Web Analytics. Our email provider handles messages sent to the published address. Etsy handles its own site and checkout when you follow a shop link. Service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. For applicable transfers, Cloudflare’s Data Processing Addendum provides safeguards, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
Kaptola does not keep a separate copy of raw website request logs. Website email enquiries are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond and handle related follow-up. Correspondence may be kept longer when needed for an order, complaint, legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Cloudflare makes Web Analytics dashboard data available for the previous six months; it says unsampled beacon data is kept for seven days before aggregation for longer-term analytics.
Etsy purchases
Product and shop links take you from Kaptola to Etsy. Etsy handles its own website, checkout and payment. Review Etsy’s privacy information on Etsy before providing details there.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
